Mr. Sridhar Iyer

Mr. Sridhar Iyer currently holds the position of Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Engineering at SVKM’s Dwarkadas J. Sanghvi College of Engineering. With an extensive teaching background spanning over 11 years, he has become a distinguished figure in academia.

His scholarly contributions are noteworthy, with over 25 published papers in various national and international journals. Additionally, Mr. Iyer has authored seven books covering cutting-edge technologies and curriculum-based topics, showcasing his commitment to knowledge dissemination.

A notable achievement in his career is the self-authored book on Digital Forensics, reflecting his expertise in a specialized field. Mr. Iyer is not only an educator but also a content creator, running his own YouTube channel where he shares valuable insights with his students.

During the challenging times of the Covid era, Mr. Iyer’s dedication to teaching and learning earned him the prestigious Best Faculty of the Year award from the Computer Society of India (CSI) Mumbai Chapter.

Mr. Iyer extends his expertise beyond his college, contributing to institutions like Uttarakhand Open University as a subject matter expert for the development of a Digital Forensics course under the Swayam NPTEL initiative.

As a Certified Ethical Hacker, he actively conducts awareness sessions on ethical hacking and has played a significant role in the curriculum development of various courses under the University of Mumbai.
